SohanPay operates as a payment automation platform and does not directly collect, hold, or process funds from customers.
All financial transactions take place directly between the customer and the merchant through the merchant’s own payment channels.

We provide a streamlined system that enables merchants to automate their payment handling processes. However, SohanPay does not act as a wallet, payment intermediary, or financial institution.

Disclaimer of Responsibility

  • SohanPay shall not be held liable for any financial loss, scams, or fraudulent activities resulting from merchant misconduct.
  • Customers are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity and credibility of merchants before initiating any payment.
  • In the event of confirmed fraud or misuse by a merchant, SohanPay retains the right to suspend or terminate their access to our services. However, SohanPay does not guarantee the recovery of funds or involvement in dispute resolution.

Prohibited Activities

Use of our Services for any of the following purposes is strictly forbidden:

1. Illegal Activities

Engaging in unlawful behavior through our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Betting or gambling
  • Fraudulent investment or Ponzi schemes
  • Any other activities in violation of applicable Bangladeshi law

Consequence: Immediate suspension or termination of services, with possible legal actions.

2. Non-Compliant Websites

Using our services on websites that violate local laws or regulatory frameworks is strictly prohibited.
SohanPay reserves the right to revoke access or deactivate accounts found in breach of compliance.

Acceptance of Terms

By utilizing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our Services immediately.

Our Services at a Glance

SohanPay offers digital tools to help businesses automate and streamline their payment processes. Key features include:

  • Auto-generation of invoices and billing
  • Real-time payment forwarding and alerts
  • Seamless API integration with major Mobile Financial Services (MFS)
  • Optional support for routing international payments

Please note: SohanPay does not hold or process payments; we only facilitate automation between customers and merchants.

Fees & Payments

We offer various subscription-based plans for accessing our Services. All charges are:

  • Clearly communicated during registration or package upgrades
  • Payable on time as per selected plan terms

You are solely responsible for:

  • Timely payment of service fees
  • Covering any third-party transaction fees associated with payment gateways

Intellectual Property Rights

All elements of the SohanPay platform — including design, codebase, and proprietary features — are protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not:

  • Copy, alter, or redistribute our platform content
  • Resell or sublicense any part of our system
  • Attempt to deconstruct or reverse-engineer the software

User Eligibility

To access and use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age.
We proudly uphold a non-discriminatory policy, welcoming users of all genders, religions, races, and nationalities who meet the eligibility criteria.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any legal disputes arising from the use of our Services shall be settled exclusively within Bangladeshi courts.

Service Suspension and Termination

SohanPay reserves the unconditional right to:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate user access without prior notice in the case of any violation or misuse
  • Initiate immediate actions if there is evidence of illegal behavior or abuse of the platform

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete and exclusive agreement between the user and SohanPay.
All previous verbal or written agreements are rendered void.
