- SohanPay operates as a payment automation platform and does not directly collect, hold, or process funds from customers.
- All financial transactions take place directly between the customer and the merchant through the merchant’s own payment channels.
- We do not act as a wallet, payment intermediary, or financial institution.
Disclaimer of Responsibility
- SohanPay shall not be held liable for any financial loss, scams, or fraudulent activities resulting from merchant misconduct.
- Customers are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity and credibility of merchants.
- We do not guarantee the recovery of funds or involvement in dispute resolution.
Our Services at a Glance
SohanPay offers digital tools to help businesses automate and streamline their payment processes. Key features include:
- Auto-generation of invoices and billing
- Real-time payment forwarding and alerts
- Seamless API integration with major Mobile Financial Services (MFS)
- Optional support for routing international payments
Prohibited Activities
Use of our Services for any of the following purposes is strictly forbidden:
1. Illegal Activities
Engaging in unlawful behavior through our platform, including but not limited to:
- Betting or gambling
- Fraudulent investment or Ponzi schemes
- Any other activities in violation of applicable Bangladeshi law
Consequence: Immediate suspension or termination of services, with possible legal actions.
2. Non-Compliant Websites
Using our services on websites that violate local laws or regulatory frameworks is strictly prohibited. SohanPay reserves the right to revoke access or deactivate accounts found in breach of compliance.
Fees & Payments
We offer various subscription-based plans. All charges are clearly communicated during registration and payable on time. You are solely responsible for timely payment of fees and covering any third-party transaction fees.
Intellectual Property
All elements of the SohanPay platform are protected under IP laws. Users may not copy, alter, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of our software.
User Eligibility
To access our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age. We uphold a non-discriminatory policy, welcoming users of all genders, religions, races, and nationalities who meet eligibility.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising from the use of our Services shall be settled exclusively within Bangladeshi courts.
Service Suspension and Termination
SohanPay reserves the unconditional right to suspend or permanently terminate user access without prior notice in the case of any violation or misuse, and initiate immediate actions if there is evidence of illegal behavior.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete and exclusive agreement between the user and SohanPay. All previous verbal or written agreements are rendered void.
